Participants can stay anywhere they choose. A group rate has been arranged and information is below:

If you would like to book directly with the Springhill Suites Marriott Boise West/Eagle, please call 208.939.8266 and give the desk agent the group code RSIP when making the reservation. Using the link you can only book days rooms are authorized, which is July 4, 5, 6 & 7 so you need to click on those specific dates. If you would like to stay extra days, you need to call the hotel to make the reservation. To get the group rate, reservations must be made by the cutoff date of June 4, 2021.

COVID-19 INFO:  

At this time we are accepting registrations and planning for an uninterrupted event. Should the pandemic lead to a cancellation of the event, we will refund all registration fees in full. Participants should expect COVID-19 preventation measures including but not limited to: daily temperature checks and to wear masks in all group settings.
